Customer Onboarding Specialist

Role Overview

‍Are you tech-savvy, personable, and passionate about helping others succeed in the world of crypto? We’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide potential customers through the process of connecting their crypto exchange wallets to our platform. You’ll play a critical role in engaging with users, providing support, and ensuring they are fully onboarded and ready to trade confidently.

‍Key Responsibilities

‍• Engage with customers who have enrolled via our website and guide them through the onboarding process.

• Assist customers in connecting their crypto exchange wallets (Bitvavo, Binance, Kraken, and Bybit) to the Diamond Pigs platform.

• Provide step-by-step assistance in configuring API keys (read-only and trading) between exchanges and Diamond Pigs.

• Help customers select suitable trading strategies once connected.

• Proactively reach out to customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to support their onboarding journey.

• Use screen-sharing tools to provide real-time guidance and troubleshooting.

‍Requirements

‍• Minimum education level: HAVO/VWO, HBO, or University.

• Solid understanding of IT concepts, cryptocurrency, and exchange platforms.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport over phone and email.

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address customer needs effectively.

• Confidence in explaining technical processes to non-technical users.

• Experience with customer service, sales, or technical support is a plus.
